When the browser asks you to share your screen, make sure to tick "Share tab audio" or "Share system audio" — otherwise no sound will be captured.
SPECTRUM is a real-time audio visualizer that runs in your browser. It captures audio from your microphone or your computer and analyzes it by frequency.
The vertical axis shows the full frequency spectrum — low frequencies at the bottom, high frequencies at the top. The height of each colored bar tells you how loud that frequency is right now.
As time passes, the visualization scrolls sideways — looking left you can see the recent history of your audio, like a window moving through time. This makes it easy to spot patterns, beats, and tonal changes as they happen.
Microphone — captures sound from your mic.
System / Tab Audio — captures audio playing on your computer.
No data is recorded or sent anywhere. Everything runs locally in your browser.
